What types of treatment would you or your loved on prefer if diagnosed with a life-limited illness? A health care directive is one way to share your wishes and preferences for serious illness and end-of-lie care. Attend this session and review why it is important to have a health care directive and how hospice and palliative care may benefit you and your family.
