Our staff are able to provide caregiver education/referrals for services and community support.


DARTS

Located just across the river in West St. Paul. DARTS provides a number of caregiver support groups.


Family Means provides a welcoming space for caregivers to learn and reinforce positive self-care, give and receive encouragement, and enjoy support and understanding from others in similar situations.

FAMILY MEANS


Adult caregivers or informal providers of in-home and community care are eligible for support, so long as they are caring for an adult 60+ years of age or an individual (of any age) with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias.  For more information, click here.

Volunteers of America


Many community services are available to help you cope with new responsibilities. These resources will help you examine options, create a plan for your caregiving tasks, and maintain balance in your life. Services include caregiver consultants/coaches, family meetings, caregiver support groups, caregiver education and adult respite care. For more information, click here.
